Banner Lane at completion will bring 1,100 residences including 199 affordable housing units and up to 19,000 sq ft of retail space. Caffes-Steele was awarded Phase I which consists of two buildings. We furnished and are currently installing the windows, patio doors along with the metal and wood panels on both buildings.
