Project Specs
Dock 79 is located right off of the Anacostia River and adjacent to Nationals Park. This 305 unit, 9 story building’s window contract was awarded to Caffes-Steele by Paradigm Contractors. The windows selected were manufactured by Peerless Products and are part of the G200 series, an aluminum architectural product that was used in all of the various types of window and door systems present on the structure. All in all, the project has about 900 windows and 750 doors. Window installation for Dock 79 was completed in the summer of 2016.
