Project Specs
Hotel Madison will be a 230 room boutique hotel and conference center. The project is a collective push to revitalize the downtown area and bring visitors to the Valley. Caffes-Steele was awarded the contract from W.M. Jordan to install 618 windows in the new construction project. The windows selected are manufactured by Quaker windows and doors, and all are part of the H600 series, a historic aluminum architectural product that is being utilized with a receptor and sub-sill system for this particular application. Window installation is slated for completion by the end of August, 2017.
