Caffes-Steele has completed the replacement window, terrace and sliding door project at the historic Omni Shoreham Hotel, located in the leafy Woodley Park neighborhood of Washington DC. An iconic DC Landmark, The Omni Shoreham is a sprawling Hotel with a storied history, first opening its doors in 1930. The massive hotel spans 8 floors and has 834 guest rooms with over 3,000 window and terrace door openings. Upgrading the windows and terrace doors have increased energy efficiency within the building, provided superior functionality with door operation as well as giving the exterior façade a refreshed and updated look. Renovations like these ensure the Shoreham will be around for generations to come.
