Upton Place at 4000 Wisconsin Avenue NW is a multi family project recently completed in 2024. This extensive project has 689 residences spanning 700,000 square feet of residential space and also includes 126,000 square feet of retail space. Caffes-Steele furnished all of the windows and terrace doors in units, as well as the Curtainwall, exterior and interior Storefront and Entrances in the Amenity spaces. As of March 2025 we are working to furnish and install the last Curtainwall at tenant retail spaces under a separate contract.
